Tank War

February 22nd, 2008  /  Category: School Projects  /

A remake of the Atari 2600 classic, Combat. Interestingly, I loved this game on the Atari when I was younger, so it was my idea to attempt to remake the game. This was my first big project college project and possibly my first programming project in general.

This game was the final project of my Introduction to Computational Media class my freshman year of college. Our 3 person group made this game in BASIC to run on Stella, an Atari 2600 emulator. For the project each person in our group had to act as either Game Designer, Producer, or Programmer. I was the most technical person in the group, so I ended up the programmer.
